CAP standards to establish release progress and tech principals
CAP,Common Alerting Protocol was firstly presented by OASIS, format standard for exchange
between the different network of disaster warning and public early warning. In 2007, CAP adopted by
the international telecommunication union, and became the international standard
CAP defines an alert document type, which is used to exchange all kinds of alarms and events, such as
meteorology, geology, public health and safety, rescue, law enforcement, the environment,
transportation, infrastructure, and terrorist activities, etc
The world meteorological organization promote the international general alarm protocol
implementation.

Suggestions for Roadmap of Sendia Framework
Project : Establish a worldwide unified early warning release system via
CAP which has been proved availible in China, with the most complicated
disasters. WMO should consider to support the project of the system
construction, and CMA glad to take part in.
Promote: coordinated development of digital model and
forecasting technology all of the world, promote scientific
research ability.
