Liberalisation of Janet policy

two new freedoms for institutions:
1. use of Janet bandwidth when supplying ICT services
to a business or community partner
2. passing on Janet bandwidth to a business or
community partner for its own use
• implemented via a new “Janet Eligibility Policy”

replaced the Janet Connection Policy

• delivering, collaborating in delivering, or supporting

• delivering other (non-education) public services
