Flexible Ringing by Caller ID
 Aspire can either reject incoming calls marked “Private”
for CID and play a VRS message to the caller or route to
a ring group or alternate extension.
 When CID is received, Aspire can check it against an
entry in the ABB table and reject or route the call to an
alternate extension or ring group.
 With a VRS, the customer can record the rejection
message. With no VRS, ISDN will reject the call; analog
lines will go to ring-no-answer if not programmed to go
to a ring group.
 Extension ability to set/cancel call rejection by COS.
Fax Over Aspire Network
 Currently, sending a fax over an Aspire network
is not reliable.
- No resource available/busy doesn’t send busy to fax
-
machine
Error in IP transmission doesn’t perform a resend
operation
 Change to sending by H.245
Protocol instead of H.323
