What is relay server for?
The relay server plays the key roles in PC
remote support solution.
As you know, the major barriers in using remote support solution
are VPN, NAT, Virtual IP, Port Forwarding, and firewall, etc.
So, remote support solutions need internet packet relay server
for breaking the above-mentioned technical barriers.

as well as NAT routing for local IP addresses. If you use Seetrol, you don't have to worry

Wake On Lan
WOL is an Ethernet computer networking standard that allows a computer to be turned on
or woken up from remote appliance. If your WOL-enabled PC is on same physical network
with relay server, it can be turned on by remote PC and smartphone.
Quick installation
The file size of seetrol is less than 1Mbyte, can be executed without installation, and
support UAC (Windows Vista / Windows7). You and your client can start seetrol by
clicking exe as well as installing Active-X control.
Network analyzer is combined
Seetrol combines a compact and powerful network diagnostic tool in it. It has easy-to-use
interface and allows you to more effectively solve the problems of your customer’s PC.
You don’t have to download and install another network analyzing tool in your customer’s PC.
