Getting Ready to use KSWAN
• Departments need to provide KSWAN
User name and user-id to avail
KSWAN services
• Departments need to register GBC
users
• Username and Password should be
given by the department for Dial-up
connection
What is expected from
Departments
• Nominate a technical
representative for coordination with Help Desk for
getting connected to KSWAN.
• Provide UPS power to the
equipment 3 KVA – 1 hr backup
How to Book VC
• Use mentioned Link: www.KTKSWAN.GOV.IN
• View availability of slot before
scheduling VC.
• Send a mail to [email protected]
• Will get a return mail in confirmation
Do’s
Provide UPS power to run the
equipment.
Keep the equipments
(Router/Switch/LAN Extender) switched
on 24x7.
Ensure Security of the devices.
Call Help Desk team for any technical
guidance.
Place request to Help Desk for
relocating the equipment.
