broccoli, cabbage, kiwi fruit, sweet red peppers

- Help your body make protein and energy
- Help make energy and set it free when your body needs it
- Involved in making red blood cells

lentils, peanuts.

- Water is the most abundant liquid on earth
- Water helps remove the dangerous toxins in your body
- Foods & chemicals products you use on your skin and hair
- Water Helps regulate your body temperature
- Water carries oxygen and nutrients into all your cells
