have been married to the
most wonderful man for 17
years and we have one
adopted son who is now
grown.

Yellow Lab and Sweet Kitten

Grading Policy
Standards Based Grading is Heavily Weighted on
Assessments:
• 70% Assessments
• 20% Quarterly Benchmarks and Semester Finals
• 10% Assignments
Rubric Grading
4 – Advanced understanding of the standard
3 – Proficient mastery of the standard
2 – Developing the skills of the standard
1 – Not Yet understanding or using the skills
of the standard
It is our expectation that students will
work on reaching proficiency of a
concept with a score of 1 or 2 and then
retest to replace the score.
