WHY EVERYONE NEEDS TO RESTORE
THE CORE
◦ Environmental factors can cause the balance of friendly and unfriendly bacteria
in your gut to be reduced – creating an imbalance.
◦ Sleep deprivation
◦ Consuming toxins in your food : Foods that contain high sugar, antibiotics,
pesticides, herbicides, and the like.

◦ A recent study by the Environmental Working Group (EWG) found the average person has over 91 toxic chemicals
in their body. Imagine that some people had as many as 165, including 76 known to cause cancer, 94 known to be
toxic to the brain and nervous system, and 79 known to cause birth defects and abnormal fetal development.
◦ Not to mention that the Standard American Diet itself is highly toxic. Processed and refined foods, industrial seed
oils, high fructose corn syrup, and even so-called healthy foods like whole grains and soy all have a toxic effect on
the body.
◦ CONSTIPATION: A National billion dollar over the counter business.

◦ BODY CYCLE #2: THE ENERGY CYCLE
◦ Begins around 12:00 NOON and ends around 8:00 PM.
◦ During the Energy Cycle, food and nutrients are processed and stored

◦ The best way to support your body during the Energy Cycle is to eat plenty of fresh raw

TOXINS AND WEIGHT LOSS
◦ You need your digestive system to function at an optimal healthy level in order for your body to remove
toxins and receive the benefit of weight loss.
◦ The digestive system plays a critical role in absorbing nutrients, maintaining energy, and maintaining
metabolism.
◦ When you consume toxins in foods (fast food, processed foods, non-organic, antibiotic, artificial growth
hormones, gmo, etc) you are literally starving your gut of the healthy food it needs to keep a balanced gut

What NOT to do when you have GI issues
◦ Do NOT reach for an antacid. Antacids do neutralize stomach acid by approx. 99% but when that

stomach as one big fish tank, you have good guys, you have bad guys, - the more good guys – the less bad
guys. And if you don’t feed them then we have a problem! So prebiotics are the FOOD that your gut flora
needs.
◦ When you combine prebiotics with probiotics they are called synbiotics.
