Before start the Installation process :
 Against the order installation Dcr will be generated in technical team account with the following
information.

Note:A Internet connection will be required on the system (in network) for regular product updating
and activation Please
make sure that Oracle/Windows Must be of Similar bit Size.
1.if you want to use windows 2008 server 64 bit then oracle required must be 64 bit 11g R2 and our software will not work on server
machine only oracle database will reside on server machine and software will run on client machine.2.In case
of windows 2003
Server(32 bit) Oracle9i Release 9.2 or Oracle10g server(32 bit) & for Windows 2003 Server(64 bit)
Oracle10g Server (64 bit) will
be required.
Installation process is divided into two parts:
 Part 1: Oracle Installation.
 Part2: Shilpi Product’s Installation (capex10, commex10. Fxfuture, Spotxl, Dgcommex, Arbitrage,
Real Time Risk Monitoring, Span, Live Trade, NBFC and MF-Office).
Note: * Install Oracle before installing any product.
* Do not install oracle on drive “C”.
1. Double click on it to run
oracle setup
Follow the following steps to install
oracle9i:
 There should be oracle database
dump at which system you are
installing software and be sure it
will be higher than 9.2.
 Path oracle_dump\Oracle-9.2
Stage1\install\win32\setup.exe.
 Run Oracle Setup.
 Oracle Universal Installer :
Welcome window will open.
 Click on next.
2.Click on next.
Enter or select
the drive where
you want to
install oracle and
make sure it will
be except
“C “ Drive.
3.Click on next.
*There must be at least 40-50 GB space in drive where oracle is being installed
4.Select Oracle9i
Database 9.2.0.1.0 if you
are installing oracle on
database server.
5. Click on next.
6. Select Enterprise
Edition.
7.. Click on next.
8. Select General
Propose.
9. Click on next.
10. Click on next.
11. Enter database name
you want to create (for
example : SHILPI).
12. Click on next.
13. Click on next.
14. Click on next.
15. Click on Install.
 There are three
stage of oracle to
be installed .
 First stage is
installing here.
16. Write stage 2 (as
shown ) and click on
OK.
17. Write stage 3 (as
shown ) and click on
OK.
18. After completing
third stage, Next option
enabled. Click on Next.
19. It will create clone
database, wait for
completion.
20. Wait for completion of
database creation.
21. Enter same
password in each field
(e.g. s). It is
mandatory.
22. Click on Exit .
23. Installation is completed
& Quit from this Oracle
Universal Installer.
24. Click on yes
 Step1 : Download Oracle Product Setup File named “oracle_products_setup_file.zip” in any drive
(for example E:\) from www.shilpisoft.com under Download Option.

 Step 2: Extract downloaded file(oracle_products_setup_file.zip).
 Step 3: Run setup (setup.exe) in F Drive. Following window will open.
1.Click on next.
This path

Change to
change the path
e.g. F
3. Default path.
4.Enter the path of product
folder & click on OK.
5.Click on Next.
6. Click on Install
7.Wait until the
process complete &
click on Next.
8.Click on finish.
Note: A folder SHILPI is created that you have entered above drive (e.g. : F).
 Created folder SHILPI contains deploy10.exe, Dllsetup.exe, licclient.exe, sql.ini , utilcap10.exe
,xsal2ttp.dll and all new product versions files as shown in the given screen.
 Run Deploy10 setup automatically after product setup finish .
 Following window will open:
1.Click on Next.
2.Click on I Accept.
3.Click on Next.
4.Uncheck
these Options.
5. Click on Next.
6.Change Directory name.
7. Directory name must
be same as in step:4 in
product setup.
8.Click on Next
* Change the directory path to where your program folder is. e.g. F:\SHILPI as shown in slide

9. Click on Finish


After complete Deploy10 setup , run DLL setup
Following window will open
DLL setup
1. Click on Next
2. Select custom
3.Click on Next
This path
displays by
default.
4.Click on Change
to change the path
5.Enter path of your
product folder.
6.Click on OK.
7.Click on Next.
8. Click on Install.
Wait until the process complete & click on Next
9. Click on Finish
Note: Do not close this window. It will be closed after processing.
 Run licclient.exe and click on tuned database.
Enter password
(Password must be
same as of Oracle
database creation while
installing oracle )
Select Oracle Version
Enter Database Name
Blank data file and
shilpi11.plb
automatically download
and import i.e. .
Click on this button.
Note: Make sure that database must be created before tuning and importing database
 Do not close this window because data is importing here.
 After importing database file there will be a text document pop up and check the status of database which
have been imported,.
 Run licclient.exe from product folder. (e.g. F:\SHILPI)
 Click on Test –I Net Connection , then message must be reflect connection was successful.

Activation
1.Click here to
Check internet
connection .
2. Click on
OK
 Click on Product Activation .Following window will open:
Select New installation
Select Product Type
Enter database name
(which is created at the
time of oracle installation)
Enter Installation Id given
by license department
Click on Get Activation .
Following message will
display
 Go to software folder (for e.g.:
F:\SHILPI)
 Follow the following steps to make
program shortcut:
•Go to software folder and find
capex10.exe.
•Right click on it.
•Click on Send to>>Desktop (create
shortcut).
•A shortcut will be created on the
desktop.
•Double click on icon of capex10.exe.
 Following window will open
.
 Click on default to Login into
the software.
 Select utility menu.
 Select Backup of database.
 Following window will open:
1. Select drive & enter file name
as database name with current
date (e.g. SHILPI-15042015)
where backup of database will
stored.
2.Click on start to take backup
 Do not close this window because backup is exporting here.
 After exporting backup , there will be a text document pop up and check the status of database you have
been exported.
When you close this window
following message will display
