We will employ a range of mechanisms in our
communications to make sure that we reach all of our
audiences with appropriate and timely communications,
and that we can engage in a two-way dialogue.

We use face to face meetings to engage with our member
practices and support staff, and also with our external
partners and stakeholders, including patients and the
