• Some local authorities have timely and complete
central registers – but not all. Situation improving.
• Therefore school registers required

• How does the person taking the measures know
who is due to be measured?
•List on paper provided by school on the day?
•List provided by school to the Trust in advance?

• Manual input (required if recording system in use at
the school is not electronic)
