How to empty out the fridge and turn off insulin

Eat a low carbohydrate - high fat diet
By restricting the amount of carbohydrate you eat you will empty out the
refrigerator and start pulling “fat” out of the freezer.

Intermittent fasting
Empties out the refrigerator faster as your not adding anything back.

Ketogenic diet
You eat very little carbohydrates or sugar, your refrigerator is always low on food,
