Introduction
Pace University has a course evaluation at end of every
semester. Assessment Dept. sends out paper based forms
to all courses.
Students fill the form, the forms are collected and sent
back to the Dept.
The distribution and collection takes about 1-11/2 week.
These forms are passed through a scanner, and then
results generated.
The result generation takes about a month.
A substitute to this method is Online Course Opinion

Important Issues
Easy to use (basic principle in any web application)
Less information asked from User: The user should not be
prompted to enter a lot of information, like CRN for a course, or a
text based form.
User Identity not considered : No student id or name is required.
Avoids multiple surveys taken by User: A pin number provided via
email to each student for each course.
Less Time spent while taking the survey: Less pages to maneuver
and fast access to results
