What are the options?
PPT = PowerPoint presentation
PPS = PowerPoint Package. Creates folder for
PPT and saves connected files in the folder.
HTM = Webpage - be sure any sound files are in
the same folder before you link them.
Then upload to the same folder on the
server.
MOV = Must record timing.
Embed in webpages Or e-mail.
Export > Quicktime Movie to reduce file size.
Note ipod option in QT pro :-)
How to add music to a PowerPoint
From a CD is the most reliable.
Complete your Show.
Insert > Movies & Sounds > Sound from file…
Choose whether to play automatically
or not.
To get it to play past the current slide Slide show > Custom Animation >
Effect options > Media options
