Issues of Concern for the Disabled
Example;
Issue of concern – Employment
Why is employment an issue of concern?
If an individual has a disability it may be harder to find
employment. Without permanent employment they may
become under financial pressure and not be able to
afford housing. This may affect their sense of identity and
self esteem. If they have a family to provide for they may
not be able to afford their need.
