Reasons to Use Responsys
The segmentation of user data and filter capabilities are beyond anything the
competition has to offer.
It has the ability to create complex A/B tests for recurring campaigns. The platform
has integrated systems that allow automated winner selection based on various
criteria: open rate, click rate, conversions.
Email template content can be database driven. There is a complete separate
process that deals with email templates, starting from the basic shape of the email
and going into a complete integration with the user database.
The reporting and analysis features of Responsys are beyond anything in the email
marketing world.
