The main entrance to the ice arena is from the building's main
facade from the Brīvības gatve side. Technical exits and
escape routes are located on the building's side facades. The
building's side facade section houses a sporting goods store
(29.6 sq. m). Located in the main entrance lobby are a waiting
room, a receptionist room, and a staircase leading to the
second floor. The main lobby on the 1st floor leads to locker
rooms (6 locker rooms), uniform drying rooms, technical utility
rooms, referee and coach offices, a conference room and
separate office rooms. Access to the ice arena is made
available from the first floor of the building. Additionally, on the
first floor of the building, there is a radio centre, a skate
sharpening room, skate rental, medical facility and other utility
rooms. On the second floor of the building there is a café,
complete with kitchen equipment, and a customer service hall.
The customer service hall leads to separate office rooms and
the arena stands. The arena stands are equipped with 320
seats and standing-room sections. The ice arena is used
according to its designated purpose.
