YIT Kausta, AB has been awarded a qualification certificate
No 0801 that permits to carry out all construction works,
including objects of special significance and performing works
inside the buildings of immovable cultural values.

The company has an integrated management system of
quality and environmental protection as well as of health and
safety of employees in accordance with LST EN ISO
9001:2008, LST EN ISO 14001:2005, BS OHSAS
18001:2007 standards.

YIT Kausta, AB is certified for a social responsibility system
according to the standard SA8000:2008.

Warranty supervising of all the buildings constructed by the
company is made by “Warranty Service” which has three
branches in Vilnius, Kaunas and Klaipėda. Warranty
maintenance is considered to be extremely important.
Acknowledgments
2013 IKEA shopping center on Zirniu str. in Vilnius was
awarded with gold medal at the competition "Product of the
Year 2013", organized by Lithuanian Confederation of
Industrialists.

Gold medals for Vilnius University Science
Communication and Information Centre, as well as the
Agricultural center of CJSC "Ivabaltė" in Kėdainiai district at the
competition "Product of the Year 2012", organized by
Lithuanian Confederation of Industrialists (LCI).
LCI has acknowledged "YIT Kausta" in the group of large
companies and presented it the award of "Successfully
Operating Company 2012".
2011 Award for "Best sustainable construction" by Lithuanian
Real Estate Development Association and the Sustainable
Development Academy. This award was given for construction
of the first Food Science and Techn. center of Kaunas
Technology University.
2010 Award for successful completion of a residential
neighborhood in Vilnius, Raitininku street from Lithuanian Real
Estate Development Association competition "Sustainable

The first building of Vilnius University library
at Saulėtekis valley has opened its doors to
the public in 2012. The building is notable for
its unusual facade and three boulder-like 3, 4
and 5-storey blocks. The comfortable
