→Voice is weak & tires easily
-Injury to Recurrent Laryngeal
→Caused by aortic aneurysm or neck
operations
→Hoarseness, dysphonia (↓ voice quality)
→If both sides, aphonia (no voice) &
inspiratory stridor (crowing sound during
inspiratory phase)
