Reduces skin laxity
Reduces facial wrinkles
No down time – immediate return
to normal activity
Minimal discomfort
No anesthetic or skin cooling required
“Our research clearly demonstrates the power of the Pellevé
Wrinkle Reduction System. With a single Pellevé treatment,
over 87% of our patients experienced an improvement in skin
laxity and fewer overall facial wrinkles at six months. The
Pellevé Wrinkle Reduction System is an effective, non-invasive,
economical and safe tool.”

Before & After
How Does Pellevé Work?
The Pellevé Wrinkle Reduction System precisely delivers energy to the dermal tissue
using advanced radiowave technology to induce collagen contraction without
damaging the epidermis. The result is noticeable improvement in skin quality and
appearance.
Pellevé promotes the synthesis of new collagen and elastin through the use of
radiofrequency. The resulting tightening of the epidermis happens gradually, without
causing damage to the skin.
Why Pellevé?
Why should I consider Pellevé over other skin tightening systems?

Medical studies have proven that Pellevé is a safe and effective way to
reduce the appearance of wrinkles without surgery. The side effects and
discomfort are minimal, and no drugs or anesthetics are used during the
procedure.
How is Pellevé different from other skin tightening procedures?

Unlike other skin tightening systems, Pellevé doesn’t require anesthesia or
skin cooling. Because the skin is not numb, you can describe the depth of
feeling, which helps provide the best result in the area being treated. The
overall result is a noticeable improvement in skin quality and appearance
with minimal side effects and recovery time.
What advantages does Pellevé offer over traditional cosmetic surgery?

Pellevé is virtually painless (may patients describe the sensation to be
similar to a warm stone massage ) and requires no recovery time, so it fits
easily into busy schedules and can provide lasting improvement up to six
months.
Pelleve Q & A
How long does the Pellevé procedure take?
•
A full facial treatment typically takes about 45 minutes to an hour.
Because no anesthesia is used and any swelling is minor, there is no
downtime.
What should I expect during the Pellevé procedure?
•
First, a gel is applied to the face. Patients say they feel a deep warming
sensation when being treated with the Pellevé handpiece. No anesthetic
is used, so you will act as a guide to describe the depth of the sensation
as the handpiece moves across your face.
What about after the procedure?
•
Mild swelling and redness may occur, but studies have shown that this
usually goes away within a few hours to a day.
How long does it take to see results?
•
Many people see the result immediately even after just one treatment,
with lasting improvement for up to six months as the skin produces new
collagen. Additional treatments may improve results.

93 patients followed for 6 months
after a single treatment
Three independent, blinded
assessors (2 facial plastic surgeons
& 1 dermatologic surgeon) rated
improvement over baseline for
each time frame
Response defined as average
rating of three assessors indicating
greater than 25% improvement in
depth and number of wrinkles and
improvement in tightness of the skin
A maintenance treatment is typically recommended once every 6 months.
