Create your expense report and click the Save & Submit button.
The Receipts screen will immediately appear.

Check the box “Attach receipt images instead of mailing or faxing receipts.”

Click on the Attach Receipts… icon.

Select your receipts file (either in .pdf or .jpg format) from your Desktop or My
Documents folder and click on Open.

The file will automatically be brought into the SoundTRAXsystem. Click OK.

You’ll notice that the Attach Receipts icon now shows there is (1) file attached. Click
Next.

Things to note:
1.
The receipts need to be in .jpg or .pdfformat.
2.
The file size limit for each attachment is 2mb.
3.
Once the receipts have processed into the system, you will see a Receipts
icon under the Info column.

If you do not see the
button, you should check the Java
version you are running. The system cannot run on Java higher than
1.6.0_15.

China Users – Overlapping receipts acceptable. Indicate aggregate
amount on the grouping. See attached example.

Once you attach your receipts, give the system time for the Receipt icon to
appear in your Submitted Folder screen.

If your receipt package is greater than 2mb, separate your receipt package
into multiple files. And add files by clicking the Attach Receipts (1)
a second time and browse your desktop for the additional
files.
