Adolf Hitler
I. Hitler was born in Austria on April 20, 1889.
II. Hitler had only one sibling that survived
childhood, her name was Paula.
III. In 1932, Hitler was granted German
citizenship.
IV. As dictator of Germany, Hitler wanted to
increase and strengthen the German army as
well as expand Germany's territory.
Adolf Hitler

He was the leader of the National Socialist German
Workers Party, in German it is called
Nationalsozialistische Deutsche Arbeiterpartei, or
"Nazi" for short.
II. By forming this party, Hitler not only improved his
once improvrished country but made it a force to be
wreckened with.
How his Political Career Ended
I.
He committed suicide by a gun
shot on April 30 1945 in Berlin.
II. His wife Eva committed suicide
with him by drinking a poison
called cyanide.
Benito Mussolini
Benito Mussolini was born on July 29 1883 in Italy.
II. In 1919, he formed the Fascist Party.

His Actions while a Dictator
I.
Mussolini was a fascist dictator that became a Prime
Minister of Italy.
II. He ruled until Italy came under intense attack from
the Allies during WWII.
His Political Career Ended
As the Allies advanced northwards
through Italy, Mussolini fled
towards Switzerland. He was
captured by Italian partisans and
shot on 28 April 1945.
Hideki Tojo
Hideki Tojo was born in Tokyo on Dec. 30, 1884.
II. He symbolized, in his rise to leadership of the
Japanese government.
III. Tojo had great power at the beginning of the war and
in the West was often likened to Hitler and
Mussolini.
IV. Tojo was still not a dictator like Hitler or Mussolini.

Hideki Tojo
I.
Hideki Tojo was a Japanese
general and premier during
World War II.
His Political Career Ended
I. His nickname was "kamisori," or "the razor“ in Japanese.
II. He became prime minister of Japan less than two months
before he ordered the attack on Pearl Harbor, Hawaii.
III. He is the only Japanese head of government to be executed
for war crimes.

Joseph Stalin was born on December 18, 1879.
In February 1917, the Russian Revolution began.
The Soviet Union was founded in 1922.
At the start of World War II, Stalin formed an
alliance with Adolf Hitler and Germany.
In order to fight off the Germans, Stalin joined the
Allies of Britain and the United States.

At 73 years of age, had suffered a
stroke and died at 9:50 p.m. on
March 5, 1953
