REALTOR® Job Description
Licensed Realtor must have knowledge of, and execute – the following job responsibilities.
1.
Stay current on market trends, area information, marketing
opportunities, financing options & regulatory compliance issues
2. Prospect & generate leads for business
3. Database management & keeping in touch with SOI, past clients & prospects
4. Follow-up on new leads & current clients
5. Presentations to sellers & buyers
6. Transaction management of listings & Buyer side sales
7. Design & implement marketing plans for sellers
8. Identify and show property to Buyers
9. Write and negotiate contracts
10. Attend closings
Compensation: Commission based on production
