To enhance the leadership of CPMT in the global electronics packaging
community with ‘state of the art’ marketing implementation plan.
How do we differentiate CPMT from its competitors?
How do we assure the constituents choose CPMT?
This marketing implementation plan will:
Lead to the successful marketing of CPMT’s programs and services.
Shape a program that will enhance the Society’s “brand” – or image –
throughout the universe of its potential members and customers.

Recommendation:
We contract with Potomac Communications Group (PCG) to create
the Marketing Implementation Plan. The three-step process to be used is:
