Elements can be classified into 3 groups,
metals, non-metals, and metalloids.
Copper and Silver are both metals. All metals
have similar properties.

Metals are Malleable
• Malleable means that metals can be
hammered into sheets or different shapes.
Metals are Shiny
Metals are Ductile
• Ductility means that metals can be drawn
into wire.
Metals can be Melted and Made
into Different Shapes and Sizes
