coordinated cross-sectoral transfer of EU
climate legislation

First capacity building workshop in May 2013 (Graz, Austria): draft
structure of the Guide discussed
Second capacity building workshop, autumn 2013 (Podgorica,
Montenegro): first presentation of the Guide, followed by interactive
workshop on how to use Guide and how to transfer EU guidelines and
directives
March 2013-April 2014: On the basis of the Guide, preparation of
implementation plans (10) for transfer EU climate legislation
End 2013, ½ of 2014 evaluation questionnaire, evaluation at PSC meeting
Evaluation Report incorporated into the final Guide
