1.
Theme is: LOVE SONGS!
2.
Musical Element focus:
TIMBRE
What is today’s
objective?
We are learning to play
quarter, eighth, and
sixteenth note rhythms.
We are successful if we
can ‘say and play’ short
rhythm phrases.
Review: Rhythm “Words”
Bucket Drumming 101

We play TOGETHER or NOT AT ALL.

When I say, “Sticks!”, you make an “X” with your sticks and
listening immediately.

Only use drumsticks on bucket, nothing else.

Buckets DO NOT go on your head.

Failure to meet these two guidelines will result in:

Removal of sticks – clapping only

Sit at back table away from bucket

Phone call home
