for implementation by the SHAP Partners and the
wider housing sector and informing Government policy

Community Green Deal

- outlines a framework for the delivery
of large scale, cross-tenure, whole
house retrofit projects using a variety
of funding mechanisms.
• Three key areas:
– How to deliver retrofit measures at

– How this could impact on the economy
