• (Hi, I’m _____ ).Now that we’ve seen the causes of climate
change. Let’s look at some of the effects. Firstly, according
to scientists, a rise in temperature will start to melt the ice
caps of the Nth and Sth Pole. I’ll draw your attention to two
satellite maps taken in 2005 (on the right). Compare it to
this second one taken 2 years later. It is clear to see that ice
levels are falling. To continue, if we look at the next slide we
can see that in 2012 there was a new record low. Compare
this to the yellow line which shows the average melt.
Secondly this melting will cause a rise in the sea levels
across the globe. For example. This small Is nation is sinking
into the sea. These girls may have to live on canoes or flee
to other place! Finally, Climate change will affect all of us
with changes in weather patterns and more violent storms
like Katrina and Sandy. More, typhoons, tornado’s, hail and
destruction. In short, climate change will affect ... (name)

• Have a look at this graph. As you can see, it’s a
typical growth curve for a young company in
the early stages of its development. The
vertical axis shows turnover in millions of
dollars and the horizontal axis represents the
years 1990 to 1996.

Introduce this graph ...
• The graph we’re looking at very clearly
demonstrates the comparative productivity of
our European plants, and gives you some idea
how far production levels in the Netherlands
shown here, exceed the rest.
• I’d like you to look at this chart, which shows
the current position of six of our leading
products. Let’s take a closer look for a
moment at product movement in the high
growth sector.

-Changes ?
I’d like to draw your attention to week 16 where profits _________.
As you can see, between week 16 and 21, profits ____________.
