force that a muscle can exert. (flex arm)

Muscular endurance: ability of muscles to
function over time and is supported by the
respiratory and circulatory system. (pushups)
 4. Flexibility: ability of joints to move freely
through a full range of motion(sit and reach,
shoulder flexibility)
 5. body composition: make up of the body in
terms of fat tissue in relation to lean body
tissue(muscle, bone, organs)
