Transcript `Handful`s of Harmony` concert

Sea Shanty singing!
Peter Purslow will be visiting Compass
Point to teach year 6 and the choir
some hearty sea shanty songs! Come
and see our performance at our water
concert!

Choir for children is free and takes place at
Compass Point after school on Monday until
4:30.
Adults choir will be meeting at Ashton Park
on every Thursday 7-9pm after the Easter
break.
‘Handful’s of Harmony’ concert
We shall be putting on a performance of our
songs, dances, poems or stories that we have
been learning in our water topic. KS2 will be
performing at 9:15 and KS1 will be
performing at 2:30pm on Wednesday 25th
March. Come along and see what we have
been learning about!
WATER Concert!
Year 3 Glockenspiels!
Year 3 are learning to play a
selection of notes on the
glockenspiels! Once we have
learnt enough notes, we can
learn a tune and perform a
concert for you!
Year 5 children will be continuing
with their Clarinet lessons every
Thursday afternoon with Bristol Plays
Music!

child should not be taking part,

The lessons are really paying off
and the sound of music fills the
school!
Letters will be going out soon to
sign your child up for lessons for
terms 5 and 6.
Reports on how your child is
doing will be sent out before we
break up for Easter.
