Creating a texture rubbing
• Take a sheet of paper and a regular pencil
• Lay the paper over any given surface and rub
pencil over the surface of the paper
• You will create a texture rubbing
• Activity:
– draw three shapes that overlap each other
– Rub a new texture into each section
– Take a picture of your work
