The Heart of Confusion. Not much is known about
this precious object. Supposedly, this Heart is located
in the lowest level of Hell.
For some reason, Ashlea Richards, the brave ninja,
wants to find this Heart and use it to its full extent,
whatever it is that the Heart of Confusion does.
Ashlea must bribe Charon, the ferryman, to give her a
ride over the River Styx, a treacherous body of water
made entirely of the souls of the dead.
Ashlea must gain entrance to Hell through it’s enormous
bloodstained gates.
Ashlea must defeat the great hellhound, Cerberus, who
blocks her path to the Heart.
Ashlea meets with Catie Burns, a ninja that died on a
previous mission. Catie tells Ashlea that she is going to
need much more training if she is to defeat the
guardian of the Heart.
Ashlea asks who or what the guardian of the Heart is.
Catie answers, but Ashlea doesn’t like what she hears.
It is none other than Lilith, the mother of all serpents
and arachnids.
Ashlea must pass five mathematical tests, as
mathematics is the most hellish thing ever thought of.
She must pass these tests so she can get information
on where exactly the Heart is.
Ashlea enters Lilith’s chamber, the Heart only meters away. The
queen of spiders praises Ashlea for her determination to get as
far as she did, but warns her that her journey is at an end. Ashlea
speaks no words as she approaches Lilith, the demon’s six arms
reaching for the six blades attached to her side.
Ashlea and Lilith clash, sparks flying, flames burning.
Lilith swings her great swords, forged from the skulls of all
who failed to defeat the demon, but Ashlea deftly dodges it.
Every hit that Ashlea manages to land on the guardian
doesn’t seem to affect her at all.
Finally, Lilith catches Ashlea off guard and deals a fatal
blow. Our hero, Ashlea Richards, has been added to
Lilith’s blades of skulls.
