Three tests:

 November 3, 2009 (Class #10)
 December 8, 2008 (Class #15)*

 Cumulative;
 Thorough review (Class #4, 9, 14)
 Make –up available*.
About that Asterisks …
 Make up tests will only be available for a grade of 80 or
less;
 Make up tests will NOT be available for an absence on
the day of the test.
Average…
At the end of the semester, your
three test scores will be averaged
together to form 1/3 of your final
grade.
Your final grade, part 3…
Eleven quizzes
 Every class, starting next week;
 10 points each + 2 extra credit;
 Delete the lowest quiz score for your final grade, if you
have taken all eleven quizzes.
Your final grade, part 3…
 The Eleven Quizzes will….
 begin around 3:30 PM;
 primarily focus on that day’s work;

Cumulative nature of the entire course.
Average…
At the end of the semester, your ten
highest quiz scores will be averaged
together to form 1/3 of your final
grade.
IF: you have taken all 11 quizzes.
And, finally….
No make-ups for the weekly
quizzes.

 Extensive classroom lecture and demonstration;
 Break around 3PM;
 Short review;
 Quiz.
