2. Constellation Lord
of VII CSL.
3. Planets conjoined
with the above.

Signification of houses
1. Houses occupied by the Planets concerned
2. Houses owned by the Planets concerned
Houses aspected by the planets are not considered
HOUSES TAKEN IN TO
CONSIDERATION
Houses for marriage – II, VII, XI and VIII
Houses detrimental - I, VI, X and XII
OBSERVATIONS

detrimental houses i.e. I, VI, X and XII

detrimental houses.

Inference – VII CSL signifies X in highest number of cases.
Hence significance of X may be important to be
considered for denial of marriage. XII house too may be
considered as it is signified in 6 cases.

cases.

Inference - In the above group signification of II, VII and XI is almost
uniform. Thus if the sub lord of VII cusp signifies X and
simultaneously any one or more of II, VII or XI is an important
factor in the issue.

Inference – In this group also the CSL signifies II and XI in sufficient
numbers. So signifying these houses does not have any importance
whether the CSL signifies X or otherwise. Therefore signification of
VII simultaneously with X is an important factor in denying marriage.
Conclusion NO. 1
It can be concluded from the above findings that marriage may be
denied when the VII Cusp Sub Lord signifies X house and
simultaneously VII house as well. This condition is found in 5 charts
out of 9.

Inference – If the VII CSL signifies XII, it should
simultaneously signify II and/or XI.
The VII Cusp Sub Lord does not signify any of the houses
II, VII, XI or VIII in only 2 cases out of 15. So only in 2
cases one could predict that marriage is denied.
The cusp sub lord signifies one or all of the houses in the
other 13 cases. In these 13 cases one would predict that
marriage is promised. As a mater of fact none of them is
married. Hence the conception that if the VII CSL signifies
houses II, VII or XI promises marriage does not appear to
be helpful in predicting.

Inference – House X appears to be most important for
denial of marriage and House VI the least.
Important Note
(1) VII CSL signifies houses of marriage in 13
(86.6 %) cases
(2) VII CSL does not signify any of the houses of
marriage in 2 (13.3 %) cases.
In the 2 charts where the VII CSL does not signify
the houses of marriage, it signifies the VI house,
the negating one.
Inference – [ 1 ] If the VII CSL does not signify II,
VII and XI but signifies VI then marriage is denied.
[ 2 ] Even if the VII CSL signifies II, VII
or XI one cannot assuredly predict that marriage is
promised to the native.
Now 13 cases remain controversial.
Out of these 13 cases the VII CSL signifies X in 8 cases. In
5 from 8 the CSL signifies also VII. In the remaining 3 the
CSL signifies II in 2 cases and signifies XI in 2 cases.
In none of these 3 cases it signifies VIII.
Inference – [ 1 ]Marriage is denied when the VII
CSL signifies X house and simultaneously II, VII or
XI, more importantly VII.
[ 2 ] The CSL not signifying VIII may be
an additional point in cases where it does not
signify VII but signifies II or XI.
VII CSL signifies X in 8 cases and does not signify in 5
number of cases.
Out of these 5 cases in 3 of them the CSL signifies the
Ascendant a negating house. Besides it signifies either of II
or XI or both.
In these 3 charts it does not signify VII.
Inference – Marriage is denied when the VII CSL signifies
the Ascendant and simultaneously one or both of II and XI
house. VII CSL not signifying VII may be an additional
point.
Inferences from the observations
Very rarely the VII CSL signifies all 4 detrimental
houses.
VII CSL rarely signifies 3 houses of negation.
Signification of 2 houses of negation is also not
helpful to reach to a conclusion.
VII CSL signifies X in highest number of cases.
Hence significance of X may be important to be
considered for denial of marriage. XII house too may
be considered as it is signified in 6 cases.
Signification of II, VII and XI is almost uniform. Thus
if the sub lord of VII cusp signifies X and
simultaneously any one or more of II, VII or XI is an
important factor in the issue.
Inferences from the observations (Cont)
In the group where the CSL does not signify X also the CSL
signifies II and XI in sufficient numbers. So signifying these
houses does not have any importance whether the CSL
signifies X or otherwise. Therefore signification of VII
simultaneously with X is an important factor in denying
marriage
If the VII CSL signifies XII, it should simultaneously signify II
and/or XI.
House X appears to be most important for denial of marriage
and House VI the least.
If the VII CSL does not signify II, VII and XI but signifies VI then
marriage is denied.
Even if the VII CSL signifies II, VII or XI, one cannot assuredly
predict that marriage is promised to the native.
 Houses II and XI appear to be more important than VII and VIII
houses. However the variation is not too much.
VII CSL signifies houses of marriage in 13 (86.6 %) cases
VII CSL does not signify any of the houses of marriage in 2 (13.3
%) cases.
Inferences from observations (Cont)
If the VII CSL does not signify II, VII and XI but signifies VI then
marriage is denied
Even if the VII CSL signifies II, VII or XI one cannot assuredly
predict that marriage is promised to the native.
Marriage is denied when the VII CSL signifies X house and
simultaneously II, VII or XI, more importantly VII.
The CSL not signifying VIII may be an additional point in cases
where it does not signify VII but signifies II or XI.
Marriage is denied when the VII CSL signifies the Ascendant
and simultaneously one or both of II and XI house. VII CSL not
signifying VII may be an additional point.
CONCLUSION
If the VII CSL does not signify II, VII and XI but
signifies VI then marriage is denied
Marriage is denied when the VII CSL signifies X
house and simultaneously II, VII or XI, more
importantly VII.
The CSL not signifying VIII may be an additional
point in cases where it does not signify VII but
signifies II or XI.
Marriage is denied when the VII CSL signifies the
Ascendant and simultaneously one or both of II and

additional point.
