Let’s take a vacation!
Objective: Students will plan an imaginary vacation to a Hispanic country and
include at least 5 different locations they will visit while there.
Follow the directions below to complete this station activity.
1. Choose the capital of one of the following countries and plan a vacation to this capital:
This task uses:
Mexico, Costa Rica, Argentina, Puerto Rico, Spain, Dominican Republic, and Ecuador.
Include how you are getting there, what you will eat, and where you will visit.
2. Use Safari to research your destination. Use at least 8-10 pictures
of your vacation site. Write sentences of your plans and tourist spots you
plan on visiting.

3. Once you have found your images (save them to your photos), you may start
making your video.
4. First tap on the Animoto Application. When the app opens tap the blue box
that says create video. Choose one slide below each week to create a task card for

7. Once you have added music you can then reorder your pictures by dragging it to it’s
