Bitter gourd/karela+ 10-12 neem leaves-20
ml juice– on empty stomach daily
Methi seeds- 1 spoon soaked in butter milkonce a day
Guduchi-leaf/whole plant juice daily
Jamun seeds-powder 3gms
Gudmar-leaf powder 2-3gms
Cinnamon-leaf powder 1-3 gms

Amla juice 10ml+ fresh turmeric juice 10mldaily before food
Amla powder 2gms+ turmeric powder
2gms-daily before food
Patola leaves (snake gourd bitter variety)+
neem bark powder + amla powder + daru
haridra powder---3 gms of the mixture twice
daily
