Verbs
In the dictionary you will find them in the
‘infinitive’ form. This means ‘to ...’
Infinitives have three endings in Spanish

Today we are going to look at ar verbs.
Conjugation
• To use a verb, you must conjugate it.
• This means, you have to change it to express
who is doing the action.
• In English, we say he does, she goes, i play,
you sing. The first part tells us who.
• In Spanish, we change the ending of the verb
to represent who is doing the action.

If you can use these in your exams you will get
a higher mark.
• To conjugate the verb, you must first remove
the ending.
