Reflexive verbs ALLWAYS include a pronoun:
in the “I” form this pronoun is Me
Reflexive verbs describe an action you do to
yourself: to get yourself up, to shower
yourself

These verbs include an extra pronoun before the verb.
The infinitive of a reflexive verb has the pronoun se.
