Tú or Usted
When you are talking to someone, you
must decide whether to use tú or usted.
Find #3 on your worksheet. Write
down either tú or usted with the

Vosotros and Ustedes
Remember that they both are you plural
forms.
Vosotros is used in Spain as the plural
of tú.
In other Spanish speaking countries
ustedes is used as the plural of tú.
For this reason, we will primarily use
ustedes.

Singular Nouns
The noun can be proper or improper
nouns.
Raleigh is the capital of NC.
My dog eats a lot.
Susan talks too much.
My mom is a good cook.
My family is large.

The verb that goes with a plural noun
uses the 3rd person plural verb endings.

write the endings for the 3rd person
