Reflexive Verbs
In English
• Reflexive verbs describe actions done to or for
oneself. In English, reflexive pronouns end in
–self or -selves and show that the subject both
does and receives the action of the verb.
Reflexive pronouns

with a reflexive pronoun.

Here’s how
• In the infinitive form of reflexive verbs, the
reflexive pronoun attaches to the end:
bañarse. (to bathe oneself)
• When you conjugate the reflexive verb, the
pronoun appears before the conjugated verb.
• Me baño (I bathe myself, or I take a bath)
For example
• Bañarse
• Me baño
• Te bañas
• Se baña
nos bañamos
os bañáis
se bañan
