• Ancient Greeks were communities of people who lived in
present-day Greece.
• They adapted to their environment and built cities near the
sea.
• They planted crops that suit the climate and land
conditions such as grapes and olives.
• They interacted with one another through sea travel.
• The ancient Greeks influenced thinking, architecture, the
arts and sciences and the lives of many people who lived
throughout the Greek empire.

Step 1 : Pupils assigned to research on the same legacy are
to sit together
Step 2 : Take turns to share your findings with your group
mates
Step 3 : In your group,
(a) decide what are the key points of the legacy
assigned to you
(b) present all key points on the butcher paper
provided – in point form
Step 4 : Display your butcher paper once you are ready

Step 2 : As you read about each legacy, paste
a sticker on the information that you
find most interesting. You are only
