SHE TOOK ZEUS TO CRETE TO BE
RAISED. RHEA GAVE A ROCK RAPPED IN
CLOTH. WHEN ZEUS GREW UP HE
RETURNED TO FREE HIS SIBLINGS.

ZEUS MADE HIS FATHER THROW UP HIS SIBLINGS
THAT HAD BEEN SWALLOWED WHOLE, AND A WAR
BETWEEN CRONUS AND HIS CHILDREN.
CRONUS HAD HELP FROM THE TITANS, AND ZEUS HAD
HELP FROM THE MONSTERS AND PROMETHEUS.
ZEUS WON, BUT ALMOST WRECKED THE UNIVERSE.
ZEUS PUNISHED THE TITANS THAT HELPED CRONUS.
ATLAS WAS FORCED TO BEAR THE WEIGHT OF THE
WORLD ON HIS SHOULDERS.

ZEUS AND HIS BROTHERS POSEIDON
AND HADES DIVIDED THE WORLD
AMONG EACH OF THEM.
ZEUS, SINCE HE WAS RESPONSIBLE FOR
FREEING THE OTHERS, GOT THE
HEAVENS. POSEIDON TOOK THE SEAS,
AND HADES GOT THE UNDERWORLD.
