Parent Portal was opened
December 1, 2009!
How do I get access?
• You come to the school and verify your
household information is correct!
• You sign a release saying your household
information is correct!
• We give you a Globally Unique
Identification Number. (GUID)
• You can now see your child’s information!
What happens if my household
information isn’t correct?
• If your household information is not correct
you will be asked to complete a household
form. This form will be given to school
personnel. The changes will be made to
your household and you will be notified
when you can pick up your GUID!

What information will I see?
Each parent or guardian that is signed up
for Parent Portal will see only the students
that they are signed up to see. Only you
will be allowed to see people in your
household unless you specify that a parent
residing at another address should see
your child’s information. This information
was taken from the Household Form that
you completed and returned to your child’s
school at the beginning of the school year.
What information do I need to know
to set up my password?
• You can make your password whatever is easiest for you to
remember. Just please be careful that it is not easy for others
to get. Your household information is viewable to anyone with
that password.
• Your password has to be 8 characters, a combination of letters
and numbers combined, and it is case sensitive.
• The system will log you off if you sit inactive for 60 minutes.
• 5 unsuccessful login attempts because you forgot your
password will lock you out of the system.
• If you get locked out you will need to contact Jean Reynolds at
the Central Office (785-3153)to be reset.
