Quality
• All Units will be accompanied by a traveler which will be generated by our
tracking system upon entering of a RMA number. This will ensure that each
unit is properly tracked and historical data can be collected.
• This historical tracking will assist with any excursions or process
troubleshooting and also ensure that the units are performing to your
expectations. This will control costs.
• If your unit has become a liability and is flagged in our system as a problem,
then we will let you know as soon as possible, with several options.

and presented in an
excel along with a
written report.
Other RF services
 We supply an on site engineering service at very competitive rates, in the past
we have solved many issues in Plasma Therm, HDP ETO and BRANSON
systems, these have no OEM support and we have become experts with this
technology.
 Preventative maintenance and repair on Pillar and Westinghouse Epi
reactors, these 150 to 200KW generators need a very specialist knowledge to
service them.
 We manufacture test equipment for engineers in FABs to test their DC and RF
generators and matching networks. This cuts down on shot-gunning faults
and ultimately downtime.
 Control boxes for Advanced Energy, ENI, Comdel, etc…
 20KW dummy loads for testing Pinnacle and MDX DC supplies
Other Services
 We use our vast experience and expertise to expand and
supply other services to our customers as follows –
 On site service – we have trained engineers who can come to your site to
either design solutions or repair existing systems
 Supply of test equipment –
this can be used to speed up down
time, identifying if a generator, cable or matching network is good or bad
 RF training – this is aimed at the technicians and engineers within the
FAB who wish to have a better understanding of RF issues, DC bias and
trouble shooting the Plasma system as a whole. This enables the engineer
to give an educated report and to understand exactly what is needed to get
the system up and running as soon as possible
