– TID tests done in GIF
• Exposure of ~170 Gy measured by Alanine, RPL
• Devices biased during testing.
• OpAmps, Diodes, transistors tested before and after
exposure with no degradation observed.
• Report in progress

– Neutron exposure in Ljubljana
• Devices sent beginning of July
• Expected to take ~8 weeks (exposure + cool-down)
Production - I
– 10 Prototypes made here at CERN and tested
– PCBs for 1400 systems in production (Barco)
– Price enquiry for mounting and testing done
• Winner: Seisystems (Italy)

• PCB delivery – beginning October
• All components to Seisystem – beginning October
• 300 complete monitoring systems delivered by end
October / beginning November
Production - II
– Delivery schedule is 300 this year
– Followed by just-in-time delivery dictated by
the turbine production schedule
