Modest and clean clothes; women wear Hijab in

Believe in prophets of Allah
Celebrate Ramadan
Can only eat Halal meats
Reasons for the Revolution
People
didn't want an American "fake" religous
leader
They wanted a real follower of Islam to be their
leader
Ayatollah thought the Shah was just benefitting
themselves
The people of Iran didn't want Western culture to
spread to their country

and Shite Muslims within Iran(whose main
religion is Islam)

United States
