Most engine failures begin with the fuel in your tank.
Fuel problems will cause engine smoke, the loss of power,
carbon buildup and eventually premature engine failure.
This is why you need a Pre-filter Fuel Decontamination
System to protect your entire fuel system including tank.
Bright clear, clean fuel is what your engine manufacturer specified.
How does your fuel look?

Diesel Fuels are inherently unstable.
You may have contaminates and may not even realise it.
According to the Institute of Diesel and Gas Engineers
over 50% of engine breakdowns are fuel related.
Fuel filters that do not last over 500 hours are an indication
of fuel problems.
Diesel fuel contamination problems have two different areas
to consider chemistry and biology.

Chemical Contaminates
The chemistry side is “asphaltenes“
“asphaltenes" commonly called diesel sludge is the most
common chemical problem and the most mis-diagnosed
problem in diesel fuel.
Asphaltenes are brown and slimy and resemble algae.
BUT asphaltenes are not algae, Algae feeds on sunlight.
The natural chemical process that goes on in diesel fuel as it
ages creates asphaltenes.
The asphaltene molecules will tend to precipitate out of the
fuel over time and settle on the bottom of the tank.

Once picked up by the fuel pump filters clog and engines stop.
Biological Contaminates
The biology side is "Fuel Bugs“
"Fuel Bugs" also known as bacteria and fungus, primarily Cyanobacteria, in
diesel fuel are the other problem but less prominent than asphaltenes.
Most diesel users have very little knowledge of this costly problem.
There are over 100 types of Fuel Bugs that can live in diesel fuel.
Fuel Bugs feed on the oil in the fuel and use the water in the fuel for their
oxygen supply.
They grow in your fuel at different rates and can easily cost thousands of
Pounds in damage to each contaminated vehicle or boat.
It is imperative to determine if a fuel problem is

The Facts on the matter
FACT:
ALL fuel producers admit that diesel fuel is inherently unstable.
This instability causes diesel fuels to form sludge and or
insoluble organic particulates. Both asphaltene compounds
(sludge) and particulates may contribute to build up in injectors
and
particulates can clog fuel filters plus add to the service

economy and increase wear on your
engine. Stable and cleaner fuel will eliminate carbon deposits,
fouled filters and smoke plus give you more power and better
mileage from every gallon of fuel.
FACT:
Tanks are almost never drained completely so the remaining
fuel in your tank contaminates new or added fuel the moment

Problems created by deteriorating Diesel Fuels:
Particle Clogged Filters
Frequent changing is needed – the replacement costs rise
Fuel Efficiency problems
Combustibility becomes more difficult resulting in
the burning of more fuel for the same results
Excessive Smoke
Inefficient burning of broken down particles – partially
burned fuels
Corrosive Wear

The solution lies in transforming the fuel.
The Dieselcraft Fuel Stabilisers use multiple magnetic fields to stabilise the
molecular structure just prior to combustion, giving more power, enhanced
combustion, fuel economy and maintenance savings.
In a Dieselcraft Fuel Stabiliser the fuel comes in direct contact with the twin
multi-polar magnet assembly. This contact will alter the state of the hydrogen
atoms in the aliphatic hydrocarbons.
Non-Additive Fuel Technology works like an induction motor and induces a small
electric charge into the fuel, it will not form clumps and it will not support
bacteria, mould or “algae”. It will burn cleaner and more completely.
By using a Dieselcraft System you will get:
Increased Power
Decreased Smoke
Reduced Maintenance Costs
Reduced Clogged Fuel Filters and Injectors

Stage 1
Diesel Fuel Purification Systems
Stage 2
A two-stage fuel treatment system to clean and stabilise your fuel
Your permanent fuel quality solution to reduce or remove engine
problems that are fuel related.
Stage 1: The Separator
This high-speed centrifuge separator removes 99.9% of the
water and 95% of the solid contaminants in your fuel. No filters
to change and requires no maintenance.
Clean fuel will:
o Extend engine life
o Increase performance
o Save you money by reducing maintenance costs
Stage 2: The Stabiliser
These multiple Strontium Ferrite "Fuel Stabilisers" will
decontaminate and stabilise the diesel fuel without the use of
chemical additives.
PERMANENTLY!
Stable fuel will:
o Reduce carbon buildup on pistons.
o Extend engine life by reducing abrasives that wear out engine
parts before their time.
o Kill bacteria and mould that commonly grow in diesel
fuel.

Dieselcraft Separator
Stage 1: Keeping it simple is best.
Step 1: Fuel from the fuel tank
enters the separator
Step 2: Fuel runs down the down pipe
and into the centrifugal chamber
where the water particles are
separated from the fuel
Step 3: Particulate is separated out
through the Bifurcating Plates and
disposed of with the separated water
particles
Step 4: Fuel returns into the system

Dieselcraft Stabilisers
Stage 2: Rejuvenation
Fuels are organic, and naturally degrade over time.
This degradation, oxidation, and re-polymerization can
start in as little as 30 days after the fuel is refined. The
by-product of this process becomes sludge, acids, and
bacteria which is now present in your fuel tank.
Only Dieselcraft Fuel Stabilisers can reset the clock on fuel instability and
breakdown to keep it fresh and contaminant free.
Dieselcraft will restore fuel to its refined state and ASTM specifications.
Some engines return up to 80% of the fuel pumped back to the tank. This
recirculating of the fuel is what allows Dieselcraft to induce a small electric
charge into the fuel repeatedly. This continual pre-filter induction and polishing
of the fuel by Dieselcraft stabilisers is what keeps it stable, sludge bacteria and
acid free and your tanks clean.
Dieselcraft Fuel Stabilisers are easily installed, have no moving parts , and require
no electrical connections. They require no maintenance.

Simple Installation
The unit is to be mounted between the fuel tank and the
inlet side of the injector pump as close to the engine as
possible. In most cases a simple splice into the fuel line
or direct connect to the fuel filter can be achieved.
All Dieselcraft units come with a universal mounting
bracket and instructions.
Install it and forget about it.
It works as you run the engine.
No maintenance required

Dieselcraft Test Kits
Detect "Fuel Bugs", bacteria, fungus and mould in diesel fuel
This test is called a "dip slide". One side of the slide is "white". This will detect
BACTERIA between 24 and 36 hours after exposure. The other side of the slide is "red".
This will detect MOLD between 36 and 48 hours after exposure.
NO spots are good news. Any reaction is bad news.
1. Simply remove the slide form the tube. DO NOT touch the slide surface. The slide will
detect bacteria on you fingers.
Steps 1-2
2. Dip the slid into the fuel for 15 seconds.(Take a fuel sample form the fuel filter or
water separator)
3. Remove the excess fuel. And then put the slide back into the tube.
4. Put the tube in a desk drawer, any dark location, for 24 hours.
5. Inspect the tube at 24 hours, 36 hours and 48 hours.
Any reaction requires immediate action on your part. Add a BIOCIDE to the fuel to
immediately kill the biological elements in your tank. Then install a Dieselcraft Fuel
Stabilizer to assure that this problem does not return.
For disposal fill the tube with household bleach. Re-insert the slide and place in the
trash.
To determine the problem so it can be treated we have produced a fuel test kit that will
identify biological contaminants
