This new apartment is on the first floor with a seaview.
Access to he beach is via steps. It is next to the Illyrian
Hotel which has a restaurant and is open for meals,
coffees and ice-cream all day. Very relaxed location, ten
minute stroll along the promenade to Milna with its bars
cafes restaurants and shops
It has a very spacious balcony, twin beds and a large sofa
bed. It has all necessary items for self catering, plus tv ,
satellite and wireless network

Brac is one of the largest of the Dalmatian islands and has the most regular ferry service. Ferries from Split run
hourly during the summer peak times and take about 50 mins and a regular catamaran service direct to Milna, takes
about 35 minutes to arrive in the centre of the town.
One of the largest of the central Dalmatian Islands and the third largest in the Adriatic, tBrac Island offers its visitors
a wealth of small untouched coves and glorious beaches, including the famous Zlatni Rat, or Golden Horn Beach.
The Climate is typically Mediterranean. During summer time sun shines between 9 and 12 hours per day. Brac lies in
one of the sunniest Adriatic straps with 2700 sunny hours per year. Average temperature is:- during summer 28° C 8° C during winter.
Wherever you stay on Brac, you cannot fail to notice the striking white stone. Still mined today, it has been used in
the construction of many prestigious buildings, from Diocletian’s Palace in Split to the White House in Washington. It
imparts a classical beauty to the island’s shores, where pine trees spill onto beaches lapped by a vivid turquoise sea.
The countryside is exquisite. Brac is lush and green: olive groves and vineyards produce fine oil and wine and an
abundance of sour cherries and almonds.
Milna is located on the western part of Brac, 18 kilometers from Supetar, it is famous for its Bay, in which the ships
of the emperor Diokletion found a secure harbour while building his palace in Split.
Today Milna is a sleepy village, with two marina’s with several berths . This Bay attracts many a famous name
arriving on their fabulous superyachts,
The beaches are sandy and gravel , which also makes Milna the favourite destination of families and those who
desire of a peaceful vacation. The main bathing areas, where you can enjoy the crystal clear warm waters of the
Adriatic. Are below the Illyrian a nd your apartment and are sectioned off areas for safe swimming for children and
families.

In the surrounding Bays of Osibova Lucice and Duboka you will find secluded coves with clean and crystal clear
water

You will find 3 small supermarkets, a post office, a tourist office, banks with cash dispensers, a newsagent, several
restaurants a pizzeria and a bakery. There is bycicle hire in Aci Marina and Vlaca Marina situated beside your
apartment.
There are many places to have a few beers by the water front, where you can enjoy several hours watching charter
yachts trying to moor up! Or by your apartment in the excellent Illyrian or Omo Restaurants
If you are willing to get up early enough local fisherman return at about 8.30am with their daily catch which they are
more than willing to sell for a few Kuna.

Split airport is the nearest airport to Brac. We
have a direct transfer servcie by boat from the
airport if you wish. It takes you 100m from the
apartment
We are happy to arrange car hire from the
airport and a full set of directions. Alternatively
we can arrange a direct minibus or car transfer
for your party. There is an excellent and
regular coach service, which is situated
immediately outside the arrival terminal.
The coach will take you directly to the ferry
terminal in Split and costs £3.00 per person.
Transfer time from airport to Split harbour is
approximately 40 minutes
At Split harbour a ferry service will take you to
the island of Brac. It takes approximately 50
minutes
Here you will arrive at the main town of
Supetar, you will travel across the island for
approximately 25 minutes. We can arrange a
pick up or taxi service to take you if you have
not taken the car-hire option
Bookings are secured by a 40% nonrefundable deposit, which will be
confirmed by email or letter. An invoice
will be sent for the balance which is
payable 6 weeks prior to commencement
of rental.
Prices do not include local tourist tax that
must be paid at the tourist office within
12 hours of arrival.
Apartment is available from 4pm on day
of arrival and should be vacated by 10am
on day of departure.
There is a safety deposit of 150 euro it
will be returned on your departure.
