 The name of our middle
school is François Rabelais.
 It is located in the village
of l'Escarene, near Nice.
 The principal is
Daniel BARBIER.
 There are about 400 pupils
in the etablissement.
 In our class, they are 26
students (16 girls and 10
boys).
 The batiment is composed
of:
- hall
- hallways
- classes
- gym
- playgrounds
- canteen
Localisation of the middle school
French student star school in september whereas American
students start in August.
We have 5 holidays. (each holiday contains party states).
In the 22 october we have 11 days of vacances and we can
celebrate Halloween one 31.
In december, at christmas the vacances are more long than
october and account 2 weeks full.
We have also holidays, in february for Valentin day and
Candlemas and in avril for easter which are as long as
those of December.
Summer vacation begin at the biginning of July and the
school resumes in September.
At 7:20, we take the bus for go
to school then arrive at 7:45.
We stay to the playground and
when the bell ring (8:00) we are
going to line up for our first
lesson.
In France, every lesson lasts
1 hour.
Lunch break is at noon at the
Canteen. We have near 45
minutes to eat except when we
take back lessons at 12:30 like
on Tuesday and Thursday.
We finish at 4:30 pm except
Monday and the Friday when our
lessons end at 3:30 pm. Then as
in the morning, we take the bus
and come back home.
Every wednesday
afternoon,Some pupils
stay in the middle
school for
participated at sports
Activities in gym.
There are:
- badminton
- climb
- cross
- circus
And full others still!!!
This year, at the midoctober us did a
week of observation in
a company chooses.
This week we have
please and we had
munch input.
In November, 15th we
had make a probation

town hall of Drap
while Laurie do in
our middle school
The « Brevet » of
middle school is a
diploma that we pass
at the end of the third.
It must for going on
high school and pass
Tray.
